As two British female entrepreneurs in the wellness space, we are passionate about raising awareness of the profound psychological and physiological benefits of authentic outdoor sauna practice, and the extraordinary power of nature to help us live healthier, happier and more connected lives.
We believe it is more essential than ever to nurture the habits and rituals that prioritise rest, health and genuine connection; to oneself, to others and to the natural world. This belief is the foundation upon which Wildhut was built, and it runs through every detail of every sauna we design.
MEET LISA
Lisa brings over 20 years of experience at the forefront of the design industry, working across furniture design, interior design and creative direction. As co-director of a successful architectural product design studio, Lisa spent years creating considered pieces for private clients of discerning taste. Her work is defined by an uncompromising commitment to quality materials, exceptional craft and the pursuit of exceptional design. It is this foundation that shapes every Wildhut sauna.
“I have quite recently discovered two incredible things that I had no understanding of 20 years ago, one is the bliss of warming up in an authentic steamy sauna, and the other plunging my body into cold water, whether in a tub or a nearby lake or even the sea. Both are invigorating, relaxing, stress relieving and addictive, and combined they are euphoric!”
MEET THAISA
Thaisa began her career in marketing across the UK and internationally before founding Relax, a highly regarded urban day spa in the heart of Central London, which she ran with passion and distinction for nearly two decades from 2001 to 2020.
With a deep and long established love of health, wellbeing and the natural world, Thaisa brought her wealth of experience in wellness to Wildhut with a clear and considered intention: to share the profound and time honoured benefits of authentic sauna culture with as many people as possible, and to do so through a brand defined by exceptional design, quality and a deep connection to nature.
With an already long established passion for health, wellness and the great outdoors, Thaisa wanted to harness her considerable experience and skillset to create a lifestyle brand that would help her to share the innumerable health benefits of Finnish sauna culture in the UK and beyond.
"I will admit that I actively avoided going to Saunas in gyms and spas in the past, as I really didn’t enjoy the experience. I found them dry, sweaty and uncomfortable. Then I discovered the steamy heat of an authentic outdoor sauna cabin - that was a definitive a-ha moment for me and opened my eyes to the possibilities of making our own exquisitely made specialist high-end sauna cabins and establishing Wildhut in order to offer the experience to others and to expand sauna culture in the UK"

LEONARDO
Project Manager
There is an art to making complex things feel effortless. Leonardo demonstrates this daily. With a background as an interactive artist and producer, he has spent his career orchestrating intricate details that bring exceptional experiences to life. At Wildhut, he manages every stage of the journey from commission through to installation with precision, calm and an unwavering commitment to excellence. His relationship with each client does not end at installation, through Wildhut's aftercare programme, he ensures every sauna continues to perform and be treasured at its very best.
AMIE
Trade & Referral Partnerships Manager
Amie leads Wildhut's trade and referral network, working closely with architects, designers, developers and hospitality operators to bring Wildhut outdoor saunas into projects where quality, wellbeing and considered design are at the heart of the vision. With over 25 years of experience across sales, project delivery and event production, she brings a wealth of expertise in building long term relationships and commercially driven partnerships
CAROLINE
Brand and Communications Manager
Caroline leads brand and communications at Wildhut with an instinctive understanding that great design is not only seen, it is felt. With a background in commercial interior and event design, she has spent her career connecting people with meaningful and memorable experiences. At Wildhut, she brings that same passion for intentional design and purposeful storytelling to everything we create. The result is a brand that feels as intentional, distinctive and exceptional as the saunas it represents.
BELINDA
Finance Manager
Belinda is the financial backbone of Wildhut, bringing the same precision, care and attention to detail to our financial operations as goes into every sauna we build. From accounts management to the internal systems that keep the business running smoothly and securely, she ensures the financial foundations of Wildhut remain strong, clear and well managed. Beyond her role at Wildhut, she is deeply passionate about helping others develop an empowered relationship with their personal finances in her role as an ILM qualified Financial Coach.
SUE
Office Manager
Sue brings operational excellence and creative distinction to the heart of Wildhut. Overseeing the day to day running of the office, the merchandising and logistics of our online store and the supplier relations that underpin everything we do, she ensures the business runs with the same precision and attention to detail that defines every sauna we build. Her distinguished background in fashion, accessories and trend forecasting brings an instinctive and considered eye for materials, texture and quality. An eye that continues to shape and refine the Wildhut experience.
LIZ
Marketing Manager
Liz brings energy, creativity and a genuine passion for meaningful communication to her role in marketing at Wildhut. She is at the heart of sharing the Wildhut story with the world and connecting the brand with the people and communities it resonates with most. Beyond Wildhut, she dedicates her time to Sussex Nightstop, a Brighton based charity making a profound difference to the lives of young people experiencing homelessness through a unique and community led response.
